When you create an account, we collect information you provide, such as your name, email address, and authentication details handled by our identity provider.

When you use TradePilot, we collect content you submit, including trade data, journal entries, notes, tags, playbook rules, backtest records, and screenshots.

We also collect usage data—such as pages visited, features used, and basic device or browser information—to operate the service securely.

We use your information to provide and maintain TradePilot, including trade journaling, analytics, backtesting, and AI coaching.

Trade data, journal content, and screenshots you submit may be processed by AI services to generate coaching insights, trade reviews, and related feedback. We use this processing only to deliver features you request.

We may use account and usage information to improve the platform, troubleshoot issues, send service-related updates, and protect against abuse or unauthorized access.

TradePilot uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and maintain secure sessions.

We may use analytics tools to understand how the product is used and to improve performance and usability. Where required, we will request consent before using non-essential cookies or analytics.

Your data is stored with cloud infrastructure and database providers. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and encryption in transit where supported by our providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to safeguard your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

TradePilot uses third-party providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, analytics, and AI functionality. These may include Clerk, Supabase, OpenAI, Vercel, and other providers needed to operate the platform. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and privacy practices.

When you use AI coaching or optional AI trade reviews, relevant journal content may be sent to those providers solely to deliver the requested feature.

TradePilot is operated by MyTradePilot Inc. from Canada. By using the service, you understand that your information may be processed and stored in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing.

You can update much of your account information within the product. For other requests—including account deletion—contact us at jake@mytradepilot.ca. We will process requests in accordance with applicable laws and our operational requirements.

We may retain certain information when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, compliance, backup, or operational purposes.

TradePilot is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
