Terms of Service

By accessing or using TradePilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users of the service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may use TradePilot only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, or upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

You are responsible for the trade data, journal content, screenshots, and other materials you submit to the platform.

TradePilot and its original content, features, branding, and functionality are owned by MyTradePilot Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from TradePilot except as permitted by applicable law.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the service, you grant MyTradePilot Inc. a limited license to host, store, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the platform.

TradePilot is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Some features may be experimental, under development, or provided in beta form and may change, be removed, or experience interruptions without notice.

TradePilot is a journaling, analytics, backtesting, and coaching tool. It does not provide investment, trading, tax, or financial advice.

Trading financial markets involves substantial risk and may result in the loss of some or all invested capital.

TradePilot does not guarantee trading performance, profitability, account growth, or achievement of any financial objective.

AI-generated coaching, reviews, analytics, and insights are for informational and educational purposes only. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or unsuitable for your particular circumstances. You should independently verify information before relying on it.

You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. Past performance recorded in the platform does not guarantee future results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyTradePilot Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using TradePilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if necessary to protect the service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases, subject to any legal obligations regarding data retention.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of TradePilot shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, and shall be between you and MyTradePilot Inc..

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of TradePilot after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
